Service was good food was good. Not always good service though.

Gross fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil.....three piece no wing no drumstick ....did not taste like KFC....never again .

No food! Friday night, not enough chicken on hand even for a 3 piece lol.

I'm disappointed with the staff. KFC used to be great, but now the place is not at its best. Not very clean, not inviting, and the staff can NOT SPEAK ENGLISH!!!!!!!! PLEASE MAKE EFFORTS.

At a minimum 75% of the times I have gone to this location I've either had to wait for a product or they were out of something. This wouldn't be so bad except I'm going at lunch and dinner hours and I'm only getting chicken fries and gravy. I've never seen a fast food location that consistently operates as poorly as this one.

Can't hate on chicken, especially when the people serving it are nice.

Even when you call ahead the wait time is atrocious!! Never have I seen a restaurant take so long to cook "fast" food chicken...

Absolutely terrible, slow service. Got three mighty buckets the classic chicken pieces were terrible I think there was more meat on one chicken tender then bother of my classic chicken pieces

Chicken isnt the same as before..don't no if they got a different recipe or what but I won't be ordering any more chicken from there

Some indian cashiers give really poor customer service and then never apologise. Never again.

Chicken is really good, staff is really friendly, but fries are always undercooked. Might as well eat a raw potato. All jokes aside, I hope they fix that issue because I have been mentionning it a few times already.

I'm at KFC in Kirkland Lake 30mins before they close and they refuse to make more chicken. Never going back there.

Excellent lunch

Ordered a 12 piece chicken meal, recieved one drumstick out of the 12, the wrong side(after he confirmed the side i wanted) and the box of fries was only half filled. Next time got a chicken bowl, no napkins/fork in the bag, as usual.

Gross n greasy, sad when chicken cooked in a 3rd world tastes better and more like original KFC.

I was greeted by smiling, courteous staff! My order was accurate ,well cooked, and super hot. Yum!
